About the company
DUMABROTHERS is a consulting company owned by Duma brothers.

We, Oleg and Anton Duma, are siblings, entrepreneurs and heirs of an aviation dynasty. Joined forces in 2008 with $150 start-up capital, we launched our first fashion brand Manekibook that quickly became success. In the next 10 years of cooperative work, over 11 brands in different areas were created and launched by us.

Our brand products had been exhibited at the European museums and are in private collections all over the world. You can find famous politicians, celebrities and members of royal families among our customers. During the company's existence over 50 multinational enterprises became our customers, over 50 thousands products made of genuine leather and other materials were produced and distributed.

Today all our projects are gathered into a growing family of companies under umbrella brand Māneki.

Reasonable Doubt is the album of Jay-Z and is probably one of the best in hip-hop. In 2016, 20 years had passed since the release of Reasonable Doubt and massive changes in rap culture forever. Within the brand of Moreca Atelier we designed a limited collection of bags for the rap celebrity's shop in New York.

During the "Summer Sixteen" tour Hendrix, a rap star on Billboard Future, presented a collection of exclusive accessories created in cooperation with unique artists and designers. We designed a limited edition of a Jetsetter bag and an accessories collection for rap star's stores in New York and Los Angeles. Photos of the collaboration were made in cooperation with another unique Ukrainian duet called Synchrodogs, the best art photographers according to Vogue Italy.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, this Website or the Services or the relationship which results from these Terms of Use, including without limitation, the performance, breach, enforcement, existence or validity of the matters provided for in these Terms of Use or your receipt and use of this Website or Services, which cannot be amicably resolved, (collectively, a "Claim"), will be referred to and finally settled (to the exclusion of the courts) by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Toronto, Ontario in English and in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Ontario), except as such rules are modified or waived herein. Although the appointing authority shall be a Justice of the Ontario Superior Court, the arbitrator will be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Canada or the United States of America and is independent of either party.
Any such Claim will be arbitrated on an individual basis, and will not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim, controversy or dispute of any other party. Except where prohibited by applicable law, you agree to: (i) waive any right you may have to commence or participate in any class action against Canasthetic relating to any Claim; (ii) opt out of any class proceedings against Canasthetic; and (iii) waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any right of appeal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Canasthetic reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
